Roshan Academy respects the privacy of people who enquire about online tutoring. This page explains what information may be collected through the enrolment and general contact forms and how it is used. Information we collect
When you submit an enrolment enquiry, we may collect the student’s name, contact email, WhatsApp number when you choose to provide it, selected subjects, age group and any learning goals or message you choose to provide. When you use the general contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject line and message.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review the enquiry, respond to questions, discuss tutor matching and lesson availability, and communicate about the requested learning services. We do not ask you to submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or medical information through this form.
Email delivery and service providers
Enrolment applications and contact-form messages are sent to Roshan Academy’s contact mailbox using an email delivery service. The general contact form is used to respond to your message; its subject and message are included in the email. Email is not a guarantee of end-to-end confidentiality, so only provide information necessary to respond to your enquiry. Do not submit payment details through the form.
Retention and security
We intend to keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete or securely dispose of it. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards should be maintained, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about the personal information you submitted, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable law permits. We may need to retain some information where required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This page does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting, fonts or other technical services may process limited connection data as part of delivering the website. If analytics, advertising or additional third-party tools are added later, this policy should be updated accordingly.
